If the overdraft on the CP is higher than the standard student account then it will not be changed, however, if it is not at the year 2 level £1400 interest free then you will be able to do this from September(I suspect though it will be from 16th August).0

Could somebody please clarifty the '£50 Off 3 Mobile Broadband' offer with this Natwest Student Account.
Is it really for pay as you go as well as contract? The Three website seems to suggest that it's save 'up to £50'. Also the Three website says you need a code that the bank is supposed to give you in the welcome pack - I've never received such code.
Thanks.0 -
it's only £30 for pay as you go... and the code is in the welcome pack, on a leaflet talking about what offers you've just signed up for, it's not highlighted or anything, just read the broadband bit fully.Entering competitions galore, not won anything yet!

Hi,
I signed up for this online about 2-3 weeks ago and have not heard anything from Natwest - no paperwork in the post, no emails or calls.
Do I need to sign up again? I did it online so that I could receive a free webcam too.
Many thanks.0 -

Did you upgrade an existing Natwest account or open a new account?0 -
It doesn't mention FDA courses in your original post..
I'm studying a two-year FDA which is then "topped up" to a BA in the third year, am I not eligible for a student account?
I have already applied for my tuition and maintenance loans.Alcohol-free to be debt-free (26/09/2014) :beer:0 -
Hi
I recently upgraded my Natwest account to a student account after having recieved my unconditional offer for LLB Law.
I have my card, my cheque book and even the welcome pack. However, I have nothing that mentions the overdraft. How do I get the overdraft??? The overdraft is not there and nothing seems to be happening. Do I have to activate it somehow??
Many thanks0 -
I Have terrible credit from my past, would I be accepted for this with the overdraft? I am doing a 3 year BA and have my student finance letters.
If unlikely ill try and get by without, rather than ruin my credit even more by being declined, as I have a basic account with Lloyds and that suits me okay.
Thanks
