When did you ring up last? I would go to the nearest branch of natwest on Tuesday(tomorrow is bank holiday so no branch is open) and get them to sort this out and explain the problems you have had with telephony. Someone I know has told me that they were given information to get students to go into the branches.0

Is there anywhere on the Natwest website that details the eligibility for a student account. I'm doing a one year PGCE which according to details posted here qualifies, but I have heard from people who have had real problems getting an account opened.0

Do you know where this code for the 3 (Three) UK Mobile Broadband offer is? On the three.co.uk website it says you need the 'code' in order to claim the £50 off the mobile broadband - I phoned up and was passed round the houses, told it was in the welcome pack which it was not. So I was just wandering if you had the code for it?
Thanks.0 -
How long till I get contacted? I sent off my evidence and proof of id (inc. birth certificate) about a week ago.0

hi natweststaffmember
was wondering i could open the student account and only have my salary go into it instead of my student loan because i like to keep them seperate, is this possible and do i still get the overdraft. i have read the t&c's online and it says my salary can go in as a source of funding but can i do this?0
