If it's any help over the years we have had cats called - Penfold, Gizmo, Beans, Muffley, Beaker, Trevor, Harry, Mouse and Anorak.

None struck a chord - and I told the kitten the suggestions, but he didn't show any interest ......... but he was ( and still is ) sleeping at the time.

btw is ' squeaking ' when exploring normal ?

I hope it's normal, one of mine squeeks almost constantly even in her sleep and she's 6 years old
