I'd love one of those, but too expensive for me
I though I was doing pretty good to know it was a car:rolleyes:0 -

All his brothers are Millwall fans (Actually I think all his family are Millwall fans).
When they mention about being a turncoat (not supporting the local team), he says its coz he actually likes football that he supports Arsenal & not Millwall.0 -
Yeah so shes high anyway. A group one/two/three new car will be much the same as a 10 year old Nova.
Anyway, when does the next plate come out? Is it September?
Actually no, because the value of the car DOES affect the cost of the insurance as well.
I would suggest test driving the cars she likes for her, and then looking for an ex-demonstration model from a dealer. Having worked in the motor industry, and been the poor, unfortunate Customer Relations Assistant on the end of the phone: I can assure you that the first year in the life of many a car can be more problematic than the following five! A friends daughter had just been out and bought a one year old Focus - which is absolutely immaculate with only 4K on the clock - and it cost approximately 45% of the "new" price - and came with a few extras that the "new" one would not have had - like a very high end stereo.
Her Focus was unfortunately the result of an older gentleman passing away - but those sort of bargains are out there - and make much more MSE sense than a brand new one:D . I have personally had two ex-demo cars (whilst working for said manufacturer) in my life - but I would never buy a brand new car (even if I won the lottery - lol) because I would see that BIG depreciation as you drive off the forecourt as a total waste of money. I've always said that I'd rather buy a year old (or even two or three year old of some makes) car, and have a big party for my friends with a fraction of what I saved on the "new" price.
I love parties:T . A car is just transport!"there are some persons in this World who, unable to give better proof of being wise, take a strange delight in showing what they think they have sagaciously read in mankind by uncharitable suspicions of them"(Herman Melville)0 -

And when I said street car - what I actually meant was street legal car.
Pretty sure rally cars can go on the street, you usually see them racing about muddy places more suited to a 4x4.
I "think" top gear said its the fastest street legal car in the UK, but I could be wrong.
I think it could even be number one on the race board on top gear.0 -
bang on MrsE!
But not sure on the last part - could be. Love the threesome on TG.. still missing Top Gear Dog tho.. think he lives with Richard Hammond.Genie

It's not
They are superb though. A veyron is street legal and is 3 times the horsepowerit's 30 times more expensive though.

Hubby never followed Millwall.
One of the nicest guys I ever met used to be quite a top member of the bushwackers (it was bushwackers wasn't it?). Funny that, he was such a sweetie, you would never think it.
Millwall are bloody stupid anyway, because they go everywhere & smash peoples areas up, when others went to millwall they wanted to smash Millwalls local area up, but Millwall are so thick they do it themselves.0
