I'm having no luck logging into KE this morning. I put my User ID in and it waits an age before going to the next screen, which then wants me to put my User ID in AGAIN and my password below it. Then another long wait before it moves to the screen asking for three characters from my memorable data. Then when I get to the next screen and click "View Accounts", it takes me straight back to the log-in screen again. :mad:
Anyone else having this problem or is it just picking on me?

Oblivion - I am having problems logging in to KE this morning as well. It takes an age when I have entered the password - but I have not even got as far as the memorable data.

Ah, not just me then. Actually I have just rebooted by PC (not sure if that was significant) and had another attempt with nothing else running, and this time I did get to my account details, albeit very sloooooowly.
KE still have that message about changing their log-in procedures which has been showing now for ages. I think they must employ the car park attendant to carry out their IT changes in his spare time :rotfl:

OK for me this a.m. A couple of times. Hope it will be OK this p.m. too (since I want to open a new 12 mo. Fixed Rate Bond - having finally been dissuaded from going with ICICI from the reports of bad CS) !!Expect the worst & hope for the best...0

I'm having problems too. I thinking of giving their 0845 number a call.
Has anyone called them before, how long did you have to hold for before someone answered?0 -
I've only had to call them on one occasion, but they answered quickly.0

I haven't been able to log in either today and don't want to try any more in case of problems. When it happened once before, I rang and a really helpful person went through it all and checked everything out. I then got a new password.
They have changed the format of their log-in in the last few days.0 -
I've never had a problem logging in, and the format of their login screen has not changed in the last few days for me. I can only assume that this is due to the two sets of customer bases. I reckon that people who joined before 30th May are using the old login, which works no problems, and people who joined after 30th May are using the new login which is experiencing technical difficulties. I hope they sort this out before I am upgraded to the new login!0
