  • Well done so far, everybody! Today 's my 5th NSD in a row :j, but I feel as though I'm cheating a bit. I'm stuck at home illl so can't go out shoping even though I'm tempted. Looking forward to trying out the NSDs when back at at work - that will be a real challenge!

To the poster who's run out of shampoo: there was a thread somewhere (OS?) that suggested washing your hair as normal, just without the shampoo. Apparently it still gets clean. Haven't tried it myself though.

So with it having been agreed that my 50p car park spend didn't count yesterday - that means I am 1 down out of 8 NSDs, only 7 more to go. Do you know the solicitors asked me for £1000+ when they should have been asking me for less than £200!:j Just as well as I got the money out from my ISA and have had to spend the remainder on fixing my car (£400) and tax disks for my car and OH! Still have left some money in ISA for emergencies....

I will aim for an NSD tomorrow (having stocked up on groceries and sweet food today):rotfl: :rotfl: Grocery spend £40 less than normal despite also buying some Xmas presents and items towards gift baskets/boxes:j

Wow SavingHolmes, buying Christmas pressies already. You are too good :-) :T
Well, not going to be a NSD for me today, got a Birthday pressies to buy for a party my kiddies have to go to Sunday. I would have gotten out of it, but it is my Godson, so we ought to be there :o

I only have £15 TOTAL at the moment as my hubby got paid £675 and the mortgage is £700  , so I need to find a super cheap pressie.

Ok all, hope you all have a great cheap day
