    Hi

Have tried for this offer today. Although I currently have Broadband with BT, I get told by Talk Talk that I cannot have free broadband in my area at the moment. Last week I tried Tiscali after being notified of a good offer and had the same response. It's not fair!!

  • You're not alone, FlippinMental ... out here in the wilds of Dorset we haven't had our Local Loop Unbundled, so we can't get it or any of the other LLU services either. :(

You can still cut the cost of calls and broadband though. :D

  • Seems like a good deal. Indeed we were very happy with our Onetel (now Talk Talk) package for about 12 months. Then we moved house and endured the worst set of customer service blunders we've ever encountered:.... - were without a landline for nearly 2 months, and TT were billing us for broadband whilst we didn't have a line, we were even charged for imaginary engineers visits after we'd migrated to BT, and had to escalate problems to one of MD's team for any common sense and a resolution.

Tip - don't go with Talk Talk unless you're wanting anything other than straightforward supply.

Quidco are good and I have never had any problem with them but I can't say the same for every cashback site.

But there are some golden rules before you use them.

Delete all cookies and only go to the site from the cashback site and make sure you do not leave until deal is completed. This is very important to make sure it tracks.

    TalkTalk - again no comment.

    This is not so.

At least 2 sites offer to pricematch on cashback (rpoints and cashbackkings).

So if you are already a member elsewhere it is not necessary to have to join quidco to get this offer - and ensure you get the full £100, rather than have to join quidco just to do this and have their £5 fee deducted from the £100.

If rpoints pricematch with Quidco they will take off the £5 annual fee of Quidco.

This happened to me too. Don't know what area you are in, I'm in Haworth, Yorkshire.

It's NOT FAIR that all the populated money areas get everything.

    hey guys

iv jus found a really gud deal with tiscali that can rival this deal.

u can get a bundle with broadband and line rental with a wireless router for 12 months at 9.99 for 3 mnths and then 14.99 thereafter. also get £30 quidco - covers connection fee. it does work out a little more expensive, however u get a wireless router which u dnt with talk talk.

the bundle that really caught my eye was with the same as above but with a tv package. Now this deal includes sky one! cant get sky one on cable no more! it costs £14.99 for 3 months then £19.99 thereafter. also £40 quidco.

i mite go for this as i dnt really wanna commit myself for 18 months. also really like the tv package. the closest match with sky will nowhere near beat this deal.

    wot u guys think?
