Sales last night after £25 free shopping £171. Not massive but ok for me. Each time I party I learn more and get better so sales are increasing at each one - lets hope that continues!

Bodyshopbabe - I rang the helpline and they said it was made very clear but I dont see how TBH but they wouldnt back down. Nevermind live and learn and dont get caught out again.

I had the best party EVER last night !!! £521 in sales! sooo happy! Just putting the order through tonight... Only bad bit of news is that one of the ladies cards has been declined! All the same I am delighted!

Wow that's fantastic well done you!!!

Don't forget the party plug when you ring the lady whose card was declined maybe a party would be worth more than her original order to you?

    :T

Do you mind me asking how many were at the party?

well done for calling the helpline. I'm not all that surprised that they refused you but it was well worth a try! I'm really sorry that you missed out (I did too) I don't think our team really realised the expiry date on that one! We'll have to keep a closer eye on these things.

Well done with your party though, that's a good result for your first and second parties!

Lippy - Your customer can return her unwanted goods but because it was her mistake she will have to pay the return postage. (if anything comes in a broken boottle or otherwise damaged then body shop will pay to collect it). You just need to call consultant support to arrange it.

You can't buy from body shop on a sale or return basis. The advice I've always been given is not to buy in stock for these type of events as it's far to easy to get left with too much at the end. You can then try and sell this at your parties between now and Christmas but anything that is left will have to be sold at january sale prices or not at all.
  • Hi there everyone,

Can anyone tell me when the sale usually starts is it after the xmas period a little before or in January?

  • hi sorry to butt in lol ...
i'v just started selling not the 'parties' yet as i'm going to see how things go with it, how often do the new catlouges come out?
also why dont they include everything in the main cat for customers to buy as i was send a sheet through the post with extras on like bodywash/soaps ect.. seems a bit strange they would not include them in the main book.

also what is the delivery charge if you have a order under £100?
and how long does delivery take?

    thanks in advance :)
  • hi ginger, Delivery is £5 no matter how much you order and delivery normally takes 2 days.

They don't put everything in the cat because it would end up looking like the argos lol They put the main items and best sellers in. Instead of writing an extra list (which would take you ages) just write a note saying that if there is something that they normally get but cannot see in the catalogue, just to let you know as you can more than likely order it.
