    Hi Keza

I became an area manager in 6 weeks & the way I did it was by passing every lady that came to my party as a lead... my team was built in no time!

You shouldn't try to recruit at your parties just pass names & numbers to your manager... thats why we're here to help you build a team.

    Good luck! xx

    hi ditzee,
    who's region are you in?
do you still call every lady from your parties as a recruit lead?

    kezza,
do you point out to people the tick boxes on the order form ?
that will help identify your stronger leads too

    xx

Hi Mel I'm in Lou Daly's region, who are you with?
I still call the majority of my ladies saying that we are looking to build a team within their area & are giving all of our customers first opportunity to join us before placing adverts.

With the order forms, I was out with a new girl last night & she didn't have any boxes on her order forms I'm guessing they have taken them off the new forms which would be a big mistake from my point of view! Need to check that out.

Hi guys, I have not been on here for a while, because it all went quiet. Anyway my BSAH activities are very slow, with one party booked in for June, so life here is quiet and slow, but still enjoy it when i get to do it. I think that the feeling in Swindon will get better when Honda start back at work and people don't feel so down.

Anyway i just thought i would come and say hello again :)
