If you sell £1200 in any month you get 2% extra on all your sales (in effect 27% commission).
If you sell £1600 in any month you get 5% instead of the 2% bonus (so that makes 30% commission)

If you are an area manager and sell £3000 you get 10% bonus but they don't give that to us lowly ones!

Yes the bonus commission is on EVERYTHING you sell that month so if you've sold £3000 then (well done you) you get 5% of that (£150) paid into your bank account on the 15th of next month.

    Hi Kath and Kim
I'll be in store on the 11th, I'll be handing out prize draw slips and trying to book Jan parties. I'll also be looking at any products that store has and I don't so I know more to tell my customers. There is a very experienced lady in my store, she's been with body shop for 19 years, so I'll learn all I can from her.

Delighted with that bonus..............all adds to the xmas budget!!!!!
Think I'll be glad to have a quiet January!!!!!!
  • I have made £613 this month and still got 2 parties left, just worked it out! And just hit SS level 1 on my new id so will flog them on as got both collections already, didn't even do that on my proper id lol

    Very good huh!!
  • I am looking for some extra cash, how do you go about starting up, and how much does the pack cost, do you get any initial training? or is it all based on gaining experience?
how long do the parties last and how do the sales work in terms of gaining commission?
    Thanks :)
(sorry only read page 1 and this one, didnt fancy reading all 84!)
  • Hi Kayleigh,

Welcome to the TBSAH thread! There's tonnes of help and advice on here so I really would recommend trying to read the whole thing - any questions you have will have been answered on here at some point! I had to read it in phases over about a week :D

Have a look on the front page and see if there is a consultant on here who is near to you, if you drop them a private message, I'm sure they will be more than happy to give you more info and get you on your way if you decide to join us!

To answer some of your other questions, the kit costs £95 and contains £550 of products and busines tools you will need to get started, you need to have initial training and then there are monthly training sessions, all of which are free. My parties last for ages but some people know have been and gone within 2 hours, and you earn 25% commission on your sales, which you take directly from your cash payments on the night. If everyone pays by card, then body shop will make a payment to your bank account.

    Hope that helps, Leanne x

  • Hi Kayleigh, where abouts are you in the Country hun? if you go onto page one and look up the consultant nearest to you on there, they will be able to explain everything for you.

there is one but it's not got much info on it. I'll see if I can find it for you...

Actually best place to try is www.tbsah.co.uk it's our consultants page but on the log on screen you can click where it says you're not a consultant but are interested. It's a little bit Americanised but the info should be the same.
