Mama Mia was absolutely brilliant. I really enjoyed it.

ME TOO!!! I loved it so much, can't wait to see it again.

Mudbath Hope you have had your finger looked at.

And yes Mudbath I second that.... what's it doing now?

I ended up cooking tea after all, s'posed to be trying to lose weight, so couldn't face DH getting take-out.

    Also:
Cleaned the window in DD2 and DD3's bedroom,
    and window-sill
    Dusted
    wiped radiator

Couldn't get a babysitter, so need to work on ME time??
Just off to get that shower...

Sounds like you have been a wonderful support to your family and friend today and I am sure they will appreciate it far more visiting a clean and tidy house - it's good to keep perspective.

Take care of yourself too as well as everyone else, I have had a little experience of supporting friends and family through difficult times and it's hard work, but rewarding too - pat yourself on the back!

RMC hugs and a glass of pimms for you - what a day, at least you know you have helped so many people just by being you.

Kids starting meltdown so think I'll run the bath and remove at least one of them.

    Evening everyone!
Been at work today so not much flying and am now feeling tired and grumpy!

Had zesty chicken legs with lemon potato wedges for tea - I LOVE the Jamie Oliver recipes from the Sainsburys web site! Am now contemplating the need for a cool glass of ros! and some chocolate!!!

Tomorrow the flying aim is to go for level 1 as it is DD1's birthday and we're off to see Mamma Mia at the cinema and then for a pizza! (Funnily enough all the other Mums want to come too! Must be the thought of an afternoon in a cool dark cinema with Pierce Brosnan AND Colin Firth!) DD1 has asked that we sit away from them in case we sing too loudly!!!!:rotfl:

DH is currently taking tumble drier apart again as it still seems to be burning. Hopefully he can solve the problem then tomorrow I can go and get any spare parts he needs.

RMC - thinking of you. You must be a very special person.

    Hugs to all who need!

Finally found some motivation since my last post, i have -
emptied, reloaded & reemptied the DW
emptied, reloaded & reemptied the WM
WM now on high cycle for monthly clean out
dry washing from airer removed and put away
    airer restocked with wet clothes
    made tea
    ate tea
kitchen wiped down, floor swept & moped
    s&s living room
pile of paperwork sorted out & filed

Think thats all just going to do a few bits on laptop and then have a look at tomorrows list.

OOOH pigpen thank you thank you thank you
Thursday is my bathroom day anyway! Always gets a thorough clean anyway so that's a level 3 for me - and my study area is my hallway so I did that already.

Not done my bedroom yet but been to buy a huge 210l water butt, and stand, and laid and levelled a slab to put it on! Got the stand reduced to to a bit of damage - offered me 10% off at first but I sulked till they gave it me for just over half price LOL

ssl - sorry to hear you think it's not gone your way - but don't give up hope yet...
RMC - thinking of you and yours.

Everybody - think you are all inspirational so thankyou, and goodnight.

Forced myself to finish all the jobs outstanding in the back garden.

Seeing a friend and her kids for part of tomorrow so not sure how the flying will go.

Bathroom I've done this week and study (family room) I half did today so not too bad. DS3 room still to do - tomorrow afternoon I think.

Right Trinny and suzie or big brother - decisions decisions.
