Right then - thanks Juliejim and mumofjust2

I was thinking maybe it was because you've got more stars than me BUT when I scrolled over [more] it said 'showing 15 of 90' so I clicked on it again, maximised (which I hadn't done before) and found 'em all!

So now I can send birthday cakes too!

    Thankyou both!

and I'm having a coffee (again) to celebrate! LOL

It's just no good. I can't get anywhere near level 3 while the children are all here!!! I'm going to have to be satisfied with a basic level of cleanliness - vacuuming, dusting and S&S the loo and sink! And make the children keep their own rooms tidy and put their stuff away which ends up all over the house . Yesterday they both had a friend round. DS and his friend played in his room for a while and left the floor littered with soldiers, then came down and spent the rest of the afternoon on the Playstation. DD1 isn't too bad. Although about two weeks ago she did actually sort her room out (without being asked I might add ), and piled stuff in the middle of her room to go through and put away. I went through it and chucked out all the rubbish - and the rest of the stuff is still in the middle of the room, and being added to on a daily basis.

Yesterday I did some baking - 4 loaves of bread, 24 muffins, 16 flapjacks and some of Queenies Everyday Biscuits. The trouble is that when I do bake stuff which should last a few days, my greedy children will eat them all in one day, then complain that there are no snacky things in . I despair.

I need to go to town one day this week as both older children have birthdays in 3 weeks  and they are expecting presents  :rotfl:

I haven't managed to read all the posts, as I had about 8 pages to catch up on:eek:. BUT I did notice that some of you were complaining about it being too hot . You should try living here where atm it's like early winter.

And I noticed Gingergirl say that Colin Firth is in Mamma Mia. Well that's a must see for me then!!

    Morning all

I've been making the most of the holidays and staying in bed reading whilst the kids watch tv.

Noisy here as there are road works at the junction repairing the pot holes.

Shower for me and a child to the shop as I need to bung a quick picnic together to take to the park - walking - ah it has just started to rain - might have to change those plans then!

    MORNING ALL. (sorry for shouting)

Trying to sort out my gas/electric bill with the price hikes  but can't seem to access the sit that has them capped.

Well DD slept in her toddler bed for the first time last night and she was great. She didn't even fall out. We will see what tonight brings especially as DH is not home until late.
Am no motivated today. It is my mum's birthday and she is sounding down. I think that she is worried about niece's passport. Doesn't help as we can't get hold of her dad and we have to pay for our holiday in Mid September.

Hugs for your Mum mumsofjusttwo - it must be hard for her on her birthday without your sister too, I hope you can contact him soon.

Showered now, rain stopped, DW on as I forgot last night and I've brought washing down. Will put it on tonight though for E7 I think
