hey everyone, not updated for a while but sig is up to date, freezer is full and all I need to get for the rest of the month is a bit of cat food. Have managed to get all my cleaning stuff and toiletries in the challenge this month I've surprised myself to be honest!

Good Morning All ...I am at a loose end this month as I have lost most of my receipts for a week and dont really know what I got or how much I spent,,
today I will have to clean the kitchen as it is a dump,, you would not think there was just the two of us and george ans sometimes SS when he shows,,may get on and do it now while I am thinking of it

Well manage to spend £7.53 yesterday on a KFC :rolleyes: but plan on a NSD today and tomorrow. Have a mystery shopper job to do at the weekend so will be 'free' too.

Morning all, not posted for ages cus i thought i was failing quite badly,but just looked at online bank statement and i/we have only spent £145ish so far this month.I suppose it feels more cus no we've started useing the joint account to pay for the upkeep of both cars, oh and also the shopping trip that turned a bit exxravegant cus the OH came. But i must admit the cuboards are still full as is the freezer. Had to throw out most of the stuff hubby put in the trolley (moaned about this last week) as the pepperoni started curling at the edges.
Havent done any batch cooking or baking now for weeks cus there no room for it, cant wait to make the lemon maderia, but theres food that needs eating first.
Has anyone been to the new Lidil in leicester, gipsy lane? wot a load of bum!! the only decent thing i got was a bit of salad and some pepperami type things, it's not as cheap as people make out, well my thoughts anyway. Well theree £55 to last the week for food cleaning stuff and tolietries so i think i may make it!!:D

nessquic80-sounds like you are doing well.

When DH buys pepperoni I always freeze some as he tends to only add it to pizza anyway.

Morning everyone - not been on since Tuesday night and had loads of pages to catch up on so thought I'd sneak on before the girls get up.:p

Had another NSD yesterday as we were visiting friends down on the coast, took picnic with us and then had Dinner back at their house. Must get milk today though so shall update total later. Not sure what we shall be doing today as we were due to visit another friend but she has cancelled as she has an upset tummy and feeling a bit flu like. I think it's due to all this rain we keep having.:mad:

Must go out and dig up some more spuds in a moment, planning on making a Cheese and Potato Pie thingy for tonights Dinner, never made it before so hope they all like it. Trying to make some new dishes as been getting stuck in a bit of a rut. Must also make some more muffins, kids eat you out of house and home when they are off School.:p
