DVD posted back 25th October by recorded delivery, no reply from play yet :mad:

I am really annoyed with play now as I still have not had a refund!!! The dvd was posted back by recorded delivery and they received it 26th October. Have repeatedly telephoned them to be told that the account department is really slow but that I would be credited immediately, they say that every time I phone AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH :mad: :mad:

This company may be great for some people but they are obviously not great for me. Will never be using them again. :mad: :mad:

Have eventually received a refund today BUT just the cost of the dvd I have not been refunded the postage. Not even got an apology for sending me a copy DVD.
What a fantastic company these are to deal with.

email them again and tell them you have not recieved your postage costs, they will refund these too. Sorry you've had a bad experience with them, but like i say i've spend thousands with them and the good seem to outweigh the bad.

I have eventually received the postage costs back today after several emails.
I will not be using this company again, for me the bad outweighs the good. It has taken virtually a month to get a full refund which is completely unacceptable. All companies make mistakes, it is the way they deal with the mistake that they should be judged on.

I bought my daughter a PS2 game from Wilkinson's & it was purple backed, I've never seen a purple one before - this isn't a copy is it?

Copies of play station games should not play in play stations that are not chipped. A purple dvd would ring alarm bells though.

It plays fine in our PS2, ours is not chipped either. She got it for her birthday in October & she's played it a few times with no problems (so far!)
