Hello
Sorry to disagree but I have been to Tesco today with two coupons both sold instore and they refused to take either at first but then took one after denying that that had ever taken without purchase
Asda is one way and Tesco the other - same distance so you would think they would be more obliging as they wouldn't even try to scan
I have been behind customers in the same store and seen them pay for £30+ groceries withcoupons and only £1+ of their own money - this is what alerted me to coupons
Same store different SA and different outcome very unfair
Asda here I comeKatiehound wrote: »I think it makes a big difference where the Tesco store is situated- if it is the only supermarket in the town then they seem to operate a 'one coupon only policy', however if there are quite a few large supermarkets then there is competition (eg from Asda) and so they take coupons willingly!
Long may they take mocs as it does increase customer goodwill!:j0
