    UFO != aliens.

    I cant believe you subscribe to that notion. lol

    Tom Jones used to get nickers thrown at him on stage.
    To him they were
    1. In the sky, implying they were flying
    2. They were Objects and
    3. They were unidentified

    therefore nickers = UFO's = Aliens

    Alien briefs most interesting......... :think:

    != means 'not equal to'.

    They probably came to this planet looking a cheap holiday
    They'll go home complaining about the price of the petrol.

    That's not universal (excuse the pun). In my C programming days the comparitor for "Not equal to" was always "!=". E.g. in C, "x != y" means "x not equal to y". It certainly didn't mean "everywhere" otherwise I'd have found my programs acting very oddly.

    And of course because of the evolution of programming languages, the same syntax is used in C++ and Java (and probably loads more). Hardly obscure languages either. ;)

    Surely it would have been easier to understand "UFO <> aliens" though.

    Regarding these balloons, I have a colleague at work who went to a wedding near Basingstoke where they launched a load of these lanterns into the sky: http://www.sourcing4u.co.uk/shop/product_info.php?products_id=66

    The next day this report was in the Sun: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/ufos/article1357159.ece

    On the other hand, if you are really convinced they are aliens come to visit, you might want to get a thought screen helmet: http://www.stopabductions.com/
