Hi Gert, so hows it going? You are allowed to tell us the good stuff too you know, I get a feeling you feel guilty when the others are still so sad, but I am sure they would rather you still posted and like to hear to happy stuff too.
How is your OH being with you? Does he seem different?

SFH - you go out & have a lovely time, you don't need to get bladdered to have fun, Get everything off your chest - make sure you buy your poor friend a drink for listening though:rotfl: I bought my friend lunch - as they say no such thing as a free lunch she had to listen to a lot of carp from me:rolleyes:
Gert my sweet, I really hope you aren't feeling bad that you are sorting things - I think it's fab!
I'm on the vino again:p well I don't have to rush about tomorrow do I?
I'm feeling fine, my Sis has just rung me, she's back from Hols, she's still a bit poorly, but getting better. Our Nana scared us a bit before the weekend & she wanted to ring me first, just to check that no-one had died:eek: Nana is a lot better, but before I went away, said goodbye to me as if it would be the last time & hugged me & said how much she loved me. Got back & rang her & she said I feel ok today!:rotfl:
On youtube yet again, been listening to unbreak my heart toni Braxton - love it love it & No doubt - don't speak, was overplayed at the time, but love that too.
I love music!!!Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner

and everyone else on here thank youxxxxxxJust back into comping past few months to help me get over rubbish in life.... won Hotpoint fridge freezer, soda stream0 -
I am feeling a little guilty that it seems to be going ok with me at the mo and everyone else is still going thorugh !!!!!!!!
It took him 2 hours tonight before he kissed me!! But the kids were all over him, understandly!!!and he did say he had been wanting to do it ever since he walked through the door!! We are trying not to be 'kissy, kissy' in front of the kids cos it will only confuse them more, bloody hell I'm confused enough!!
I'm finding it a bit hard to 'go slow' when all we want to do is pounce on each other again like we did when we first got together. I know that was lacking in our relationship before all this, but so was the talking and general intimacy stuff. And yes I want to take it slow cos I don't want him living back here yet but I don't really understand his reasoning to take it slow. That is something we have to discuss tonight along with why did it happen - hence the reasoning for me to buy a bottle of wine and a bottle of coke(to go with the Bacardi!!), think I may need it whilst I'm hearing and giving a few home truths. Hence the reasoning why I wanted to do this tonight and not in the future, cos this way I suppose if we don't like what we hear/say, its still not too late to walkaway again - does that make sense?!?!
Oh and don't forget girlies, seen as we are karaoking again: the old classic from Gloria Gaynor : http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Xv6lHwWwO3wMade it - 15 years married!! Finally!! xx:beer:0 -
Deleted cause I didn't realise there was 128 pages to this thread....and my advice would probably be old hat by the time I read them all!
Hope you're doing ok though!! :-)0 -
Oh, SFH:A you help me too, if you get back tonight & feel bad ( but you won't because you'll have a great time
) you ring me.
Nearly X Factor, I imagine there will be a mass exit from MSE soon!
Mind you I'll still be here watching TV at the same time - see I can multi-task:p
Will let the kids stay up a bit later DD loves X Factor, but I must say they have been so much better going to bed, in thier own beds too, since DFS hasn't been about, confusing things. Now it's just like when he was away.
Once I've got the routine back with them, it will be easier even when he does come to see them or take them out.
It was just wearing me out trying to get them to sleep, they'd keep me awake for hours, then I'd wake up heart beating fast as I was having bad dreams & couldn't sleep well, also I was waking up early, just awful, so it will be better for all of us.Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner

Hi everyone,
I've not posted on here before but I have been following the thread for ages. My bf left me 2 months ago, fed me a load of lies and is now with someone else, and reading this has been a great help.
You are all so strong and give great advice and I admire the way you are so determined to get on with your lives :T
I've loved the links to songs - this is MY song at the moment (hence my signature!)

Think this should be the new anthum
Viola Wills - Gonna get along without you now
god knows who she is but the words are very apt and the song is actually very catchy, bet you're singing it under your breaths when the Ex's are visiting0
