  • From Royal company website:
"We provide the best possible customer service and our customer satisfaction is very high, our company is also the only company in the UK that provide online CCTV access 24\7 anywhere in the world, so you can check your car at anytime you want.
Many companies have appeared on watchdog due to people coming back from holidays and finding their cars with scratches, dents and other damage. Weeks after customers returning from holidays are also finding themselves receiving parking fines and speeding tickets through the post.
We DO NOT thrash your car, we don't take it for a spin. We record your mileage upon arrival and take photographs, plus you will always be watching it on CCTV online.
So why not give us a try?...Cause you won't be disappointed ;-)"

doesn't it look surprisingly similar to the "recommendation"? lol

also, from my experience, ALL car parks (and all services in general) are making a mess at some point; it's important how they deal with the complaints and how helpful are they to resolve the situation.
We have been given a full refund of both original parking cost and an emergency car park we used when the car park was overbooked, plus discount for the next booking (in MAnchester).

PS I am going to India for 3 weeks in Feb, was looking for something in Heathrow..

Loool I didn't even read that on their website lol, I should be their sales person I think i'd do a good job of it :D.

That's good and yeah I totally agree with you, I've never really had a problem in that sense. My parents have parked somewhere near Heathrow but I can't remember which company it was, they dropped us off after in their mini van to the airport and picked us up when we arrived :). I think it was parking4less, not sure.

If you have used PP before, use a friends computer and a your partner's name, because it is an introductory discount.
  • Hey,

I usually use APH website to book my Birmingham airport parking. They have reasonable prices and 10%-15% discounts that make me very comfortable with their service. There're other similar to APH websites but I still stick to APH as it's darn way easy to navigate and the transactions always go smoothly.

    Cheers

  • Try looking4parking.com

spring deal on atm, use discount code MARCH10

Iv used them a few times now and they search and find you the cheapest deal! Defo worth a look
  • if you use APH at gatwick the have deals going for £1.00 a day and if you book meet & greet (bit extra) they will meet you at the airport
  • I have always used Purple Parking at Heathrow and have always found them great value. However, the last time I used them, when they delivered my car to the airport the driver's electric window mechanism was broken and there was a large crack on the winsdcreen. When I told them about this they refused all responsibility and said they would do nothing about it. I shall never use them again.

    What model of car?

How many extra miles were there on the clock?

[Up to now I have managed to get the large "introductory" discount of PP @ LHR - thanks to this thread]
