my pack was posted out on the 7th but still not got it, emailed but not heard back, but last week i got a email telling me not to forget to use the vouchers before the 12th, so no good if it comes

I never got my 2 £10 vouchers either but i went to my local shell this morning and used 4 of the £2 vouchers and got £8 off my petrol when i filled with shell v power. It says on the back of the £2 voucher that the maximum value of vouchers that can be redeemed in a single transaction is £50.

Just remember that your maximum fill has to be 20 litres

No not your maximum fill it is a minimum fill
How much are you buying when you are getting 4 coupons taken ?

Oops sorry i meant minimum fill....was on the phone while i was typing it out

I bought my 20 litres, came to £23 and ended up paying £15 with the £8 in vouchers taken off. I did ask the girl in the Shell garage if they were ok to accept them and she read the back and said yes that was fine

I got my pack today - wow was not expecting all that! Got 2 x £10 vouchers, a model car, a pen and some other bits..... OH's car is a GTI so I will be giving him the vouchers and hoping he helps me with a report in return.

Mine too, I accepted back in November. I was so sure it was going to come today that I drove to swimming lessons on nearly empty. Gave up when I got home and filled it up. From reading all your posts it's quite disappointing that such a great sounding campaign is turning into a bit of a disaster.

Hey all, BzzAgent Jono here from BzzAgent. I’ve noticed a lot of talk about the Shell V-Power and Shell V-Power Diesel BzzKits that some of you have received with and without two £10 fuel vouchers. I want to take a minute to help clear up the confusion.

The two £10 fuel vouchers were offered on a first-come, first-served basis to a limited number of Agents. Unfortunately, we were not able to get enough vouchers to offer every Agent the discount, and we opted to give the vouchers to as many Agents as possible, rather than none at all. Please know that we’re always striving to provide the best experience possible for all Agents. Regrettably, when we shipped BzzKits to Agents who joined the campaign at a later time, the covering letter mistakenly included the £10 fuel vouchers as a BzzKit item, when in fact there were no more available.

Again, we’re very sorry for any confusion this has caused.

At last, some honesty. It would be nice if 'Jake' took the time to email everyone who has contacted Bzzagent with this email. I am sure there are lots of other agents who have contacted you who don't use the board.

A monumental 'male chicken'-up which, no doubt, won't be repeated.

I think all Bzzagents who didn't receive the vouchers should have something from Bzzagent to soothe the nerves
