The two £10 fuel vouchers were offered on a first-come, first-served basis to a limited number of Agents. Unfortunately, we were not able to get enough vouchers to offer every Agent the discount, and we opted to give the vouchers to as many Agents as possible, rather than none at all. Please know that we’re always striving to provide the best experience possible for all Agents. Regrettably, when we shipped BzzKits to Agents who joined the campaign at a later time, the covering letter mistakenly included the £10 fuel vouchers as a BzzKit item, when in fact there were no more available.
Again, we’re very sorry for any confusion this has caused.
Honestly? I think a few people in the Bzz office are enjoying some free fuel courtesy of managing to get Shell to trial them for a campaign!0 -
At least Jono posted on here. The problem I have is that I replied to the first invite, using up an early invite in the bargain. My invite offered free fuel. My account says that the buzzkit was shipped on 7th Dec by FeDEx but to date, nothing! I'm not sure what, when or if I will get anything. I have given up something (an early invite) got nothing in return and had to explain to friends who came over the pick up vouchers that there were none.
I am still waiting (but understand I am not alone!)
If they don't come, do I get my early invite back. I have, at Jono's suggestion, e-mailed the customer support department.0 -

I signed up for BzzAgent ages ago and still haven't had any invites to any campaigns or anything. Im starting to think it wasn't worth it. I've filled in all the surveys they offer etc. but heard nothing from then.0

My concern with your response is that we received emails saying the cover letter was a "typo". Not what you just posted. Also, when I replied to the email about the supposed "typo", I didn't get a response whatsoever to my email.
If BzzAgent would have said this explanation upfront it might have been easier for us to believe. As it stands now, with the lack of response to our emails, some of us had the fuel vouchers and others haven't, people contacting Shell, etc; now we're getting this explanation.
Another thing we are concerned about is having to purchase items (such as hair straighteners) from BzzAgent just to provide feedback to your marketing company on the product. Surely these companies that provide BzzAgent with the products, can't possibly expect the people trying their products and giving feedback on them (which is worth lots to their businesses), to purchase them. With other marketing companies that want feedback for their customers products, they provide the item free to the person so they can give their feedback and try the product. Something doesn't seem right here :rolleyes:0 -
I still haven't received my pack and if it doesn't include the £20 vouchers as promised then I won't be participating in this campaign - I am quite happy with the regular fuel that I use and I don't see why I should go out of my way to go to a Shell garage (there isn't one in my town) just for a few pounds off0

Personally, im just grateful for any freebie that i wouldnt've had if they hadn't been offering this out. Tis a mistake, annoying yes but nobody is perfect and it would be a boring world if we were.

Technically the petrol vouchers are not a freebie. You have to travel to a Shell garage and purchase the more expensive fuel min fill 20l.

I smell a rat.
Seems a very convenient "confusion" for Buzz.
We were duped into signing up for this campaign. We were promised something and didn't get it. I never read it was a first come first serve to get basis for the vouchers. What next another pair of straighteners for £50 and then they run out of them stating the same excuse. Or more toothpaste without sending the stuff. Naughty Buzz!![STRIKE]30:22[/STRIKE]

I agree...surely if they ran out of vouchers they shouldn't accept any more applications for the campaign? Isn't that what they normally do?0
