I'll call Shell to complain about this and will see where we go. Will try the Shell down the road from there and see if they take it. The manager was not there for me to compain to him and the CS was closed at the time i went so did not help. They didn't add my darn points either iv just realised looking at the reciept :mad:

Wont be going back to that station again. Go my usual Shell.

I still haven't got my pack as fedex are delivering it on Tuesday ... I'm not expecting £20 worth of vouchers ... as when I got my initial invite (which said £20 on it) and I tried to join campaign I was told it was full ... my second invite which came days later didn't specify an amount ... I think bzz have been somewhat sneaky but could argue they didn't mislead us ... the invite I accepted didn't state an amount of voucher!

I have sent an e-mail to say when I receive the £10 x 2 vouchers as clearly stated I would to try Shell's petrol then I shall Buzz about it.

And if they want their incomplete kit back they are very welcome to get FedEx to come and collect it...............Merry Christmas!!

Package delivered by FedEx and no red envelope with £10 x 2 vouchers. Ditto my sister. I have had the 'standard' email from BzzAgent Jake like everyone else so we have both replied to him deploring their two tier system.

I personally think certain people will not have to pay for their petrol for a long long time this year, and that Shell intended for all BzzAgents doing the campaign to get the £20 worth.

I did not recieve my 2 x £10 vouchers as stated on the letter that came with the pack, I have emailed to ask where they are but not had a reply as yet.
