I think I know what may have happened with this campaign and the missing £10 vouchers.

I got invited to this campaign immediately and in that email it stated that you would get £20 in fuel vouchers. When I clicked through I had missed out and the campaign had closed.

About a week later I was invited again, and thinking back I don't recall it specifically mentioning the £20 vouchers. I clicked through and signed up successfully.

I think they offered this campaign in two waves. Those who signed up in the first wave got the vouchers and those who signed up in the second wave didn't.

Which wave did you sign up in and does it correspond to the info above.

If this is true, there aren't any 'missing' vouchers, but Bzzagent have been a bit sly with how they promoted this campaign.

There is missing vouchers because it says on their cover letter with the Bzzkit that included in the kit was the 2 x £10 Shell vouchers. It's convienient that now they are saying it's a "typo" on the cover letter. They can't have a Bzz campaign that some people got the vouchers and other didn't. Just my thoughts.

Incidently I have emailed Shell who are obv paying a lot of money to Bzzagent to market their product and who undoubtably are also supplying the vouchers.

I wait for a reply from Shell.

Cheeky beggars sent me back the bog standard reply, to which I replied that this doesn't explain why some got the vouchers and others didn't. I'd appreciate it if they read my mail IN FULL and replied with the answers to my queries.

For some people this may well be a freebie, but us true Bzzagents really work hard to send out and report back with the Bzz for the products we try. We don't see it as a freeload and I think that it should be a requirement that Bzzagents report at least 2 reoprts per campaign to prevent the 'freebie' culture. Those who Bzz properly wouldn't have an issue with this (well, I think opinions would differ with this campaign but you can see why).

It seems that agents of all status have received the pack with the £10 vouchers and Bzzagent have probably then invited all of the remaining agents to the Shell campaign, just to make Shell some more money. In fact, I wouldn't mind betting that Bzzagent are actually getting commision for every one of those darned £2 vouchers that are used.

It sounds like the only people who don't benefit are the agents who have been fobbed off with them!
Watch out people. You don't know what lurks around the corner for you![/SIZE]

I cant believe people are getting so upset, its a freebie !!!! Reading some of your posts you would think its the end of the world. Whop de do if you get £2 or £10 vouchers, they are vouchers you wouldnt of had in the first place. Its not all about getting what you can for nothing its also about helping to improve products. As for people saying that they dont care if bzz goes under and that they have unsigned themselfs, im sure bzz would be glad to get rid of those free loaders.

For the rest of us that like to bzz and to help improve products keep on bzzin !

I take great offence at that - I am NOT a free loader - if you look at my posts in the past you'll see I get very annoyed with people moaning about freebies - my point is, they aren't just a freebie company. They are a direct marketing company. They get a lot of money and profit from us lot working for them. Fair enough if we get recompensed for this - which we used to. But the straighteners - had to pay for, never turned up and refused to reply to emails/phone calls for three weeks at a time to get a refund. Is that a freebie? No, it's a company profiteering from ripping people off. I'm the first to understand that things go wrong with deliveries - I run my own business and have it happen to us sometimes - but to ignore customers and refuse to even enter into dialogue with them let alone refund them - that's just not on.
And people aren't getting annoyed about the petrol vouchers really, they are getting annoyed at being lied to about them.

I'm very glad you will stick with the company, and truely hope you have a much better experience with them, however please forgive me if I titter a little if you fall on your bum like some others of us have, due to your complete lack of empathy, ability to read posts and mud slinging about people. If you truely think this is about improving products you are seriously deluded love as well - it's about Bzz making profits, and their clients.
Do not feed the trolls please.

Well they haven't even had the decency to reply to my email but at least now I know what they'll say now seeing as it's a standard cut & paste reply

Think I'll use the opportunity to submit reports to air my grievances with this campaign, they have to read them.
  • Out of interest - do any of those of you who didn't get the £10 vouchers still have your original campaign invite email?

Mine clearly says 'Join the Shell V-Power and Shell V-Power Diesel Campaign and receive a £20 Shell fuel voucher to trial it yourself, as well as vouchers for you and your friends'.

I can't say if I'm one of the lucky ones or not though as I've not received my pack yet - so that's at least one voucher that I can't use

I didn't get the £20 and my invite says:
"and receive Shell fuel vouchers to trial it yourself, as well as vouchers for you and your friends"

They removed the £20:eek: sneaky ****ards
