i think what has annoyed a lot of ppl is that some of the vouchers has gone missing and those have all been delivered by the same courier ??? and that we all were told we would recive the vouchers for our efforts in helping this product !!!!!!!!!! are you actually a buzz agent !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm just level 2 carpenter bee, as I said previously the vouchers were delivered by royal mail.

I emailed them yesterday and have received the same standard response. I have emailed back to voice my dissatisfaction. It seems very remiss of them to send so many kits out with such an obvious 'typo' so I look forward to their response. I've also asked for a specific response rather than a standard one. Mine was sent by FedEx as well.

I'm also a Level 4 honey bee, with an early invite status. My kit was delivered by Fedex, and guess what ?.....yes, NO vouchers either.

I have received my Bzz pack today which includes 2 x £10 vouchers, a load of £2 vouchers to hand out to friends and family, a magazine, a toy car and a pen.
a great little freebie i think!! Agreed, you have to report on it but i think thats a small price to pay for a weeks free fuel.

mine says shipped on7/12/ 2009 by fed ex. have nothing come. no cards have been left. whats going on.?
just sent a email to find out where its gone proberly the same way as some but all of it this time. royal mail was a better way of sending the buzzkits as u could collect from the mail office if u was out or post office nearby. but at least it might of not been nicked.

I'm level 3 no £10's came by Fed-ex, maybe it was the first 100 to sign up who got them, when did everyone sign up? 4th Dec for me

got mine friday morning (11/12). I am level 1 and had the 2 £10 vouchers, mine was delivered by my friend who works for royal mail. He rang me up about 10 mins after he left to ask what i had got as there had been quite a few in the depot this week.

I included the driver's club email address since with the £2 vouchers they have a driver's club card that people can register online. I think we all should contact Shell UK. Hope that helps.
