One email sent as follows:
"Hi there!
I received my bzzkit today, but was very disappointed to find that the 2 £10 vouchers weren't in there.
I have noticed that there seems to be a consistency that follows:
Bzzagents who receive their kit via Royal Mail have had the vouchers in a red envelope in their kit.
Bzzagents who have received their kits via FedEx have not had the vouchers and many have reported some sort of tampering with the white envelopes or boxes that the kit has arrived in.

The two kits also have different numbers on the envelopes.

I am not the only Bzzagent to wonder what is going on. I am not sure if you have included the vouchers in half of the kits and drawn them in a lottery style or perhaps sent out these kits to agents of a higher status, but we have ALL had letters in our kits listing these vouchers so it is only fair that we all get them.

Many agents have emailed you with this issue and have received the the same 'copy and paste' response saying that it is a 'typo'. I would like to think that Bzzagent do not take their agents as lacking common sense. something is amiss somewhere and it is only fair that we are given a proper explanation of what has happened, particularly if you have no intention of sending out the 2 x £10 vouchers as advertised in our kits.
Please understand that some of us may go out of our way to visit a Shell garage or spend a little more on fuel for your campaign, so having 3 X £2 vouchers off a 20litre+ fill is a little cheeky. I say 3 because the 4th voucher runs out tomorrow!

I hope to receive a personal response from you in reference to this. I shall also update my fellow Bzzagents with this.

Lets see what they say to that. It's really unfair of them to do that and I won't be fobbed off with a bog standard reply!

i just got the same email to re the shell campaign too the car and pen are gonna be my DH stocking fillers other than that what a crap campaign as my nearest shell is about 7 miles away inthe direction i never go so wont be going out my way.

After the fight about the straighteners not turning up and them refusing to correspond with peopl (sorry to say they were £32 from Bzz, not £30, so the same price as Boots...) and now this - anyone else think Bzzz just won't be around come 2010? P*ing off a large chunk of your workforce and therefore loosing your USP has got to hurt the business.
As horrid as it sounds, I for one will not be upset if they do go pop (apart from the people loosing their jobs - if they haven't already that is), due to their down right arrogance, appalling customer service, and blatant lies. Think they are utterly immoral and a horrid company now, and glad I have unsigned myself from them.

i find it all very concerning that buzz hasnt been honest about all the boxes saying that" The contents you received in your BzzKit are correct — the cover letter contained a typo. " when 1 half of us recived the vouchers and 1 half didnt when it`s clearly obvious that the the ppl who didnt there boxes was sent via the same courier !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i find it quite worrying that they are not even going to look into the matter , i hope you all get sorted and get your vouchers , i can imagine what all the buzz reports are going to be about lol x

The irony being that as Bzz agents you are encouraged to "Bzz" about it on blogs, forums etc, did they really think that people who only got the £2 vouchers would'nt find out with all that Bzzing, Doh!

I cant believe people are getting so upset, its a freebie !!!! Reading some of your posts you would think its the end of the world. Whop de do if you get £2 or £10 vouchers, they are vouchers you wouldnt of had in the first place. Its not all about getting what you can for nothing its also about helping to improve products. As for people saying that they dont care if bzz goes under and that they have unsigned themselfs, im sure bzz would be glad to get rid of those free loaders.

For the rest of us that like to bzz and to help improve products keep on bzzin ! :beer:
