    Sounds like the parcels arriving by Royal Mail contain the 2x £10 vouchers and the ones arriving by FedEx don't. Wonder if the code on the A4 white envelope is different for everyone, mine says: Buzz Mailing File 2 B2A/002798.

    mine has Buzz mailing File 2 B2A/002365, delivered by FedEx and NO £10 vouchers

    No £10 vouchers for me even though the letter states i should have them. Was also delvered by Fedex.

    It does seem then, if your parcel was delivered by Royal Mail it contains envelopes with Buzz Mailing File 1 and the red envelope with the £10 vouchers. Really strange how they can't be consistent with this campaign.

    mine had no red envelope no £10 vouchers, white envelope has on it buzz mailing file 2
    B2A/003805 and was delivered by fedex yesterday afternoon. have emailed jono had no reply yet.

    My hubby was really looking forward to some free posh petrol for his Audi A5, he'll probably use the £2 vouchers though, but it's the principal with this campaign that's bugging us all, it's not consistent.
