Mine's just been delivered by Fedex. The box squashed in on the top leaving a hole where the sellotape had come away!!!
Surprise, surprise - no red envelope -no £10 vouchers. The white envelope says B2A/002726 on it.
DS was however mega pleased with the car. Don't think I'll be using the £2 vouchers either as the nearest Shell is 5 miles away.
Think I'll e-mail Jono too.0 -
Sounds like the parcels arriving by Royal Mail contain the 2x £10 vouchers and the ones arriving by FedEx don't. Wonder if the code on the A4 white envelope is different for everyone, mine says: Buzz Mailing File 2 B2A/002798.
Mine has arrived via FedEx and you can add me to the list of no red envelope people!!
Also any Buzz parcels I normally get says its from Buzz, this one did not!![STRIKE]30:22[/STRIKE]

I received the following email from bzz
"Hi,
Thanks for your email. We apologise for the confusion. The contents you received in your BzzKit are correct — the cover letter contained a typo.
There is good news, though: your BzzKit does include vouchers to upgrade to Shell V-Power or Shell V-Power Diesel, and keep filling up, so you can still save money on these technologically advanced fuels. Be sure to use the voucher marked #1 now, though — it expires this Saturday, 12 December!
Plus, once you register the Shell Drivers’ Club membership card in your BzzKit at shelldriversclub.com, you’ll start earning points toward great rewards every time you swipe it when filling up.
Again, we apologise. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to email us back.
Thanks,
Jake

Typo my @rse, so if it's a typo why have some people received them and others haven't. TBH I can't be bothered with this Bzz campaign anymore.0

That is basically what I put in my reply.
If they had just given an honest explanation then fair enough, but when you can see it is a blatant lie as quite a few people on here have received the vouchers, that is just wrong.0 -
Mine was Fed-Exed and I had no £10 vouchers. My white envelope has been opened, even though the box was firmly sealed and intact. I'm wondering if the people with envelope '2' just didn't get picked for the £10 vouchers.Watch out people. You don't know what lurks around the corner for you![/SIZE]0

Yeh right!
I've just received the exact same e-mail.
Mine came in a normal box too. I'm sure all of my previous kits have had a bzz label where your address is.0 -
Add another to the list of "did not receive" I called Bzzword last night and suffice to say I was put onto someones answer machine and have not heard back, I also emailed Jono and nothing!!
Im still a bit fed up with paying £30 to trial straightners that are selling for £32 in Boots!:mad:I Can resist everything, except Temptation x:o0 -
The failure to give the vouchers is very misleading on their behalf.
Could this be seen as a broken contract?[STRIKE]30:22[/STRIKE]
