Tesco delivery - complaint help please

Op just email your complaint to chief exec at Tesco terry.leahy@tesco.com
I have made two justified complaints in the past and both times it has been looked into and a response given, mainly excuses for their behaviour rather than acceptance of the issue but you will get an apology from whoever the complaint gets forwarded to, if this is all you want then email them, get the reply with an apology and move on. They will not compensate you in any way or form but if its an apology you want then you will get one regardless of the opinions here.
I am in agreement with comments of the other posters, but its your choice if you feel you would like to complain.0 -
i have tesco every week and i have not had one rude driver, they are friendly and polite. i think you got a good deal having two drivers for the price of one, if you knew you were having heavy goods delivered why not have someone there to help you ,a friend or neighbour perhaps?0
