Hi everybody - it's the weekend :j

A quiet one for me, housework, washing etc tomorrow - and a trip to the gym :eek: , and then watching my beloved United on TV playing at Wembley on Sunday - good luck boys! :beer:

Had quite a good week overall -

1. I've lost 3lbs :j really chuffed with myself and now motivated to keep going and build on this
2. It's payday :j really got to get my head around my budget this month, got a few birthdays and nights out this month so need to be really careful with day to day stuff
3. I have been voted employee of the month :j really pleased with this after all my efforts - and get lovely vouchers to treat myself :j

Hope everybody enjoys their Friday night and has a lovely weekend

am hoping to start losing the weight very soon - walked for 1 and 1/2 hours yesterday & again for 2 hours today - I cannot describe how much i ache... so glad it's the week end I had plans to do 4 hours today but think 2 hours a day is plenty.

Surely that'll burn off some calories & start to tone me up as well great if it does - I'm getting paid to do this & I used to pay £ahem to go the gym 3 x a week :rolleyes:
