So, we're not single, sounds like we're just independent!

I live on my own and, like a few people have said, couldn't bear the thought of sharing even though I have a spare room and the money would be useful. I am actually a very sociable person but I am also happy with my own company

Independent is definately the way for me! :j

Hi everybody - hope you're all having a good Saturday

Had a really good night out last night, just got home. Got into quite a deep conversation over dinner about the directions people's lives are taking and plans for the future. Made me feel that I am drifting a bit - and using debts and being overweight as an excuse to hold me back! :o Need to re-commit to my weight loss and debt free goals and start making some progress.

    Hey Shoe Gal,

glad you had a good time last night - a deep & meaningful is always revealing & in my case usually makes me feel a bit ashamed of not having any direction. I've never had any great ambitions of great wealth, expensive houses or cars or craved career success :o Drifting is what I do best  I just want to be me & not have control freak men try to mould me into their ideal & then get cross when they realise I'm not  . Sorry - the idiot is doing my head in   .

It's very easy to use debt & weight loss as an excuse for not doing things - guilty - but recent enforced life changes have made me reevaluate what is important to me rather than what others feel should be important.

So, what do you want ?
