  • Hi all - hope all the singletons are good!

I had a wee development on the house front today. They've come round to my way of thinking and suddenly the 4 bed detached thingy for little old me (and my cat!) may be a step closer. The developer has said they would be willing to do a deal for me on the terms I agreed (basically with £55K off the asking price and them paying stamp duty!). Sooooo, I've a decision to make. Am I daft for wanting a big place all to myself or should I just go for it?

It's a wee move outside Edinburgh, and I really am torn between the two - had hoped when I phoned the developer she would say, "That plot has already gone" and then there wouldn't be a decision to make at all as I really have been mulling it over.

Can't decide. Wish I had a man to decide for me!
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

 sometimes my debt panics me..... EVEN after 4 years or so.

I will be free in less than three years with a trust deed - my only option as debt management was taking too long :(

I want the house - not sure about the area :o Hence the confusing thoughts!

Oh, and older men are bloody great. My first big crush was on my English teacher when I was 12 and he was 30. Then it was one of my lecturers at Uni when he was 40 and I was 20, and now I find men around the late-30s early-40s just perfect. Can honestly say I've never found a 20 something attractive at all.

I was born a grandad grabber!
