    Detox foiled at first light ; it appears that an intruder broke into my kitchen & used all my lemons & my gin :confused: :eek: so had to make do with a couple of nurofens & large coffee :rolleyes:

    At least the digit dyslexia seems to have gone :D

    Hi all, it appears someone was drunkenly posting under my username last night.:o I would investigate but am feeling rather shaky (must be the shock). ;) Well done Lula for getting up so early, woke up at 12pm:o

    Was determined to start detox again but had to have restorative coffee. Might attempt a walk to the shops later but it's in a straight line and I'm not sure I can manage that just now. have weighed myself and still stuck on 2lbs. icon9.gif Feel rather unwell. Maybe a fruit tea will help.

    Hi everybody

    Just been catching up, you all had some fun last nite :rotfl: :rotfl: hope all the heads are feeling better!

    Home from work early, off to Wales for the weekend for friends birthday

    After being good all week, food wise, I have lost the grand total of one pound!!! Gonna enjoy my weekend and not worry about it!

    Start again next week, maybe exercise is the key !!! :rotfl:
