I havent drunk that since 'session' with sarah - aka miss bad influencelast year - cant face it - did 2 bottles in 3 days ... I think
Found some cheesy puffs & cheddars to soak up Gordon
ooh, I remember that, you were quite poorly afterwards and swore off Bailey's forever. Think you may be getting a little mixed up with who the bad influence is on this thread;)
I have totally failed at the detox:o Managed about 4 full days I think, and did lots of walking, but it has totally tailed off. I just cannot be so restrictive with my diet, it's too difficult. However, am going to keep drinking fruit teas which were very nice and do more walking, and am starting low carb diet tomorrow, as I know that works if I can only stick to it.

Lula I'd go with the crap in bed suggestion
and I am eating a creme egg, my goodness me that was lovely!
hence the no detox!!Nevertheless she persisted.0 -
jakers - you know you want to stay in with us & as TDQ's away you can be top man :rotfl:
sarahb - that's not beng party pooperish - just very sensible. I feel about peppermint teas the same way I do about baileys - ugh
Ny favourite thing is diet combinations eg : for breakfast I was low carb - had sausages, eggs, mushrooms & toms, then for snacks I was high protein - nuts, then for supper it was low fat - pasta & sauce. Of course this particualr combination is nicely rounded off with some Gordon & cheesy puffs & totally guaranteed to make me put on weight  .
I've not had any bread this week which is good because i can rustle up a peanut butter sarnie & eat it before you can say crunchy ( another fave ) & have rediscovered the delight so ryvita only to discover that they;re not low in carbs at all :rolleyes:0 -
