Am supposed to be on a two day nail technician course in corby tomorrow but with the weather we have had and still had snow today too! i think it will be cancelled... which will be a right royal pain in the **** as i have booked two days off my main job! ... still will have to see what its like in the morning.. but i had rung the course tutor Friday and she said if bad weather they wont come from Nottingham...grrr! fair enough though i guess really! hmm..

i think my problem is that I never leave the house!!!

Me too:o But in my defence it is currently very difficult to plot a route through my room to the front door. Am considering a rope ladder for the window.

i'm with TDQO on the detox thingy, as soon as anyone says no crisps, I know I'm doomed, and I need coffee at work, more than anything it's a break from work to go make it, and I've tried decaff and half caff I can tell it's different and not the same then I can't drink it.

Crisps! Coffee! Can hardly function without either of them! will have to give it a go though, I am all about the quick fixes.:o

Hmm, not sure what to advise as everyone is different, but could you put aside at least one evening a week that is just for you with no disturbances, ie not taking work home, no thinking about budget or meal plans, phone off the hook, and just have some "me" time? And maybe make plans with your friends for the weekend so you have something to look forward to?

    Thanks Sarah

    This is my plan
    • Monday - leave work on time, make a massive list and return all my friends emails/calls
    • Tuesday - leave work on time and EXERCISE
    • Wednesday - leave work on time and do nothing - me time!
    • Thursday - work late if I need to so I can take Friday as a lieu day
    • Friday - all my weekend jobs, cleaning, banking etc
    • Weekend - all mine!!!!
I will keep you updated, I am relying on you all to nag me into keeping on track!
