The convo about grey hair peaked my interest too as I'm far too young for it yet when I was 19 and in a long term relationship I had plenty!! After we broke up it all went away which just proves that women cause men to go gray![/quote]

Who is this joker? women cause men to go grey, we put up with far more.

Glad you had a good weekend tho, and I wish it was warmer here, it was snowing earlier, I long to see the sun without the need to travel that far.

    Hi everybody :hello:

First of all, I'm with all of you who like bald/shaved heads - don't know why, they just do it for me (FYI, I have an ex who looked like Phil Mitchell!)

Anyway, am here for a bit of a kick in the proverbial! (gonna post this on my diary thread too!) I have defo been concentrating on work far too much in the last few weeks to the extent that I forgot my nephew's birthday this week and I feel terrible! Besides that, most of my friends think I've died, I've put on weight, exercise - what exercise!, meal planning, budgeting etc have all gone out of the window :o

This week I really need to calm down on the work front and balance out my life a bit - come on, advice please!

The sun, that mystical beast rampages around the sky here burning everything to a crisp, it's really not that great!

You could do a sealed pot and use the cash to get a cheapo holiday in the med...

Evening all, well i not been on to post for a bit.. the last 12 days i was on a detox arranged by one of the instructors at my gym... No Carbs. No Alcohol ! and No Caffiene..

Headache started on day one and carried onto day two..after that and now i feel fantastic! better than i have in years..happy and full of energy!!! And the best bit... went from weighing 11 2 to 10 8 and lost 3 cm of thighs and hips and 1cm of waist (level with belly button) and nothing thankfully off boobs !

If anyone wants to try it pm me and ill send it to you. It was hard at first but it really has made a difference.. cause of the snow i ended up doing 12 days..is only supp to be 10 !! But im still off the caffiene now as think if it made me feel bad giving it up then why start back on it?!?!

OOH and ive got a man.. well sort off.. been on 3 dates so far.. he is a friend of my boss and he is younger! 28 compared to my 35! but sooo lovely.. so fingers crossed!

Hmm, not sure what to advise as everyone is different, but could you put aside at least one evening a week that is just for you with no disturbances, ie not taking work home, no thinking about budget or meal plans, phone off the hook, and just have some "me" time? And maybe make plans with your friends for the weekend so you have something to look forward to?
