On a very bad note, my diet was going very well until tonight. Just ate monster munch, a chunky kit kat and three  creme eggs. They were on offer though...

My diet was going badly:rolleyes: and has been worsened by just going to the shop and getting 2 bags of mini mars and maltesers on offer for £1 each. I feel your pain Michelle.

Oh and I've ALWAYS wanted to live in a houseboat... though not so long ago a woman died cus she got really drunk and fell in the water while trying to get back onto her houseboat... I reckon you lot are too fond of wine to be safe ;P hehe.

I thought you were a pirate? You should be perfectly used to living on a boat.:D

I too would love to live in a houseboat, I just think possibly not quite enough room for all my stuff.....

TDQO - i know what you mean, have been feeling rubbish at work past few days and feel may have to work hard tomorrow to stop giving my slacker impression....

RMR - I can see Chuck's charms, I have a soft spot for Dan (and his Dad...that sounds very wrong....) and pretend that I look like Serena when out and about (loved her hair at the White Party last week) This ep is a good one...love Blair!!!!

    ok, time for bed, goodnight
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

Just make it a really big houseboat! There's no reason it has to be a small one... just make it short as berthing fees are calculated on the length of your boat, regardless of other dimensions....

Night night... (I've only just started work, wish I could go back to bed!)

    Hiya!

Well, I'm back from the gym and all showered and fed, so can chat tonight! !!!!!! the shoulder pain, I'll just dose up on drugs tonight :rotfl:

Lula, I'm near 11 too!! Ooh, we might have seen each other in passing!! Paulgonnabedebtfree, what number are you??

Don't know if I've mentioned this before, but I finally got my credit cheque back from Thames Water :j It took 53 weeks, several phone calls and finally one 3-page letter to the MD of Customer Service to sort it out, but I have now received and banked a cheque for £946.58 :T

!!!!!!s didn't add any lost interest, but tbh I'm just glad to have it in my account - Hoorah! Might pop onto Clarks website and look for some fabulously bargainous boots by way of, erm, compensation! I wore my bee-you-tiffle red shoes today and had LOADS of lovely comments about them, which made me feel rather fabulous :D

Can't help anyone with the Freecycle chat cos I've never used it. Prefer to give it to a charity shop cos it gives me a warm feeling in my soul. Is that wrong? Does it make me selfish? :rotfl:

I've not really got any interesting news for you :o Work's busy, I'm gymming as often as I can and am going to seriously consider this mini triathlon in August. Other than that... Oh! I still haven't had any chocolate this year!!! And now my debt-free date is March 2010, I've managed 1/14th of my target!

k, gonna pop over to Clarks shoes. Back inabit...

    I'm by number 7.
Lovely news about your cheque Susu. Well done.
My day's been a bit different. Had to fork out £200 on tyres for my van. Ouch !! Still, it had to be done. Two were right on the limit and a third was probably illegal. I hadn't noticed because it was a rear tyre and it had worn unevenly on the inside edge. Looks like I might have to get tracking sorted too. Fourth one will be fine for a while though. Service and MOT in the next few weeks too with front pads and discs needing replacements. Tempted to go for the MOT + service deal at £99 + VAT. Won't get the sort of servicing I like for that money but hopefully I'll get away with it.
  • oooh, I was seriously considering the houseboat thing too. Don't think I can bear to pay house prices round here and at least a boat can be moved if I get a new job or don't like the neighbours! Couldn't possibly be colder than current house - already have no central heating, this week in hotel is the first time in months I've gone to bed without a jumper on! A friend at work used to have one and still lives by the canal, was telling me they are occasionally advertised for rent so might think about trying it for 6 months once I get college finished. Might miss garden though.

:grouphug: to Mags for oscopy, and to makeup for filling.

Ah well exam tomorrow :( but it's payday :j . And another exam on Friday, but then am going shopping as reward.

    G'night

    Rosa xx

Rubbish TDQ, I will be perfectly fine on a houseboat. I never once came home sober all the time I lived on it & had to scale a 10ft fence & dodge the alsation before sliding down the bangplank into the front door :p / window if I'd left my keys somewhere.

Word of warning though : it did start to sink  when my boss brought his entire rugby team along to one of our infamous parties 15 x large men + tummies full of beer = lots of extra weight :rotfl:

Hmmm i knew there was something missing tonight... wine *tootles off to fridge* ...
