I would get Barclays to get rid of the Reserve limit since that is causing the £22.00 charges each 5 working days. Furthermore, I would probably change from paying via direct debit to either (a) Standing Order or (b) cash because that will avoid return fees. I am not sure if they will re look at the case as financial hardship since the charges are not now causing your situation to worsen however, ask them the question.

sorry forgot to put that the charges are still making it worse as money agreed to the baliff for the last 2 months on arrears the bank have took in charges

For what debt is the bailiff asking for money on?

I think you can add to one of the letters "Further to my letter of x date, the amount of charges now stands at £xxxxxx"
Make sure you add an amended list of charges as well.
