I have sent a copy of my 6th bill to e2save about a week ago and still have not received any confirmation from them that they have received it. I have emailed them and waiting for a reply.

I'm still waiting for confirmation of cashback from e2save on a bill and voucher submitted nearly a month ago and showing as received on the Royal Mail website.

The E2save website is now saying there are delays with cashbacks and these can take up to 45 days.

I just thought they would send a text message saying they have received the bill.

I have never received a text message and have just this minute phoned them. They have no record of my cashback request despite me having a recorded delivery slip which shows the letter being delivered.

They want me to resubmit my claim with a covering letter and copies of th eoriginal claim and phone bills. Obviously I can't send another voucher as I only had the original one, but they said just copies of everything would be enough.

I'm really cross and am going to phone back tomorrow and try to speak to someone more senior rather than just resubmit everything.

Yesterday I submitted a enquiry email so they can check if they have received my bill so I am waiting for a reply. If they say no I will have to ring up and see whats happening.

I had real trouble getting hold of them on the phone. If you go through customer services and press all the right options you don;t get to speak to an operator it just tells you to submit an enquiry online, and I've already done that without any response.

I ended up going through sales and insisting that someone helped me.

  • Just curious how good are CPW with the cashback? Do they do it with minimal fuss? Is all I have to do is send a Photocopy of my bill to them and they process my cashback? Does it need to be sent recoreded or even special delivery?

Ok I will tell you only about the first half as I do not know about the porting stuff.

    1) It took TWO MONTHS for my cashback cheque to arrive as per agreement. check yours cashback validation time

    2) Make sure you know exactly when to send your redemption calim. I had been told Month 6, 9 and 12. but later on was told it will be only month 6 & 12.

    3) Send the original and keep a copy.

    4) As the check was for £127.50 so I thought why not make sure I get it. So it is not bad to go to the post office and ask for "2nd class singed for" about 93pence only.

Thanks for reading it and make sure You Do That ( what I told you) ;)
  • well it's been six months since my cashback request was sent and still no money. cpw are a disgrace. my advice is do not touch them with a barge pole for cashback deals.

I received a text message saying a cheque will be with me in 10 days or so, lets wait and see then.
  • my husband has been chasing his redmeption cheque for about 4 months..he posted his bill & they said they had not received it, so he ordered a copy bill, posted it to them by recorded delivery, few weeks passed so phoned to chase, they confirmed yes bill received, cashback cheque 28 days to process. then he got text saying redemption cheque was being processed. weeks later phoned again and was told his claim had been rejected, but the customer service could not give a reason for the claim being rejected. So numerous emails faxes and calls to their 0870 and we are still waiting for the cheque. Its £130 which we need!!
Does anyone have a landline number for their customer services?

in my experience CPW are a disgrace. i took out the Nokia 7600 deal with them last october. i sent in my first cashback request at the 6 month point as requested.

it has now been 5 1/2 month since that request and still no payment. i have emailed customer services 6 times, i have telephoned customer services 5 times ( at my expense) and on 3 occassions i have been informed the cheque was waiting to be sent. now i am being told they have not received my bill ( sent recorded delivery).

either they are trained to lie or they are incompetant, either way i am still waiting. the next 6 month cashback request is due next week. lets hope i get that.

ive had the exact same experience, its been a nightmare trying to get any money out of them, despite having followed their cashback procedure to the letter, they seem reluctant in the extreme to actually fulfill their part of the deal...

my personal advice to anyone considering a cashback deal with CPW would be to steer well clear!
