I would cash the cheque and then persue them for outstanding amount.
If the cheque is not honoured then you have an even stronger case (in the unlikely event that it goes to court).

I have sent a copy of my 6th bill to e2save about a week ago and still have not received any confirmation from them that they have received it. I have emailed them and waiting for a reply.0

I'm still waiting for my 'automatic' cheque of £130, nothing but hassle!! Contract started in July, they said sorry in september and told me i would get a check back in 14/21 days, but nothing. Next time i phoned in october they told me a check had been sent in August, but they didn't mention it in sept when i rang, they just make it up as you go along!!0

Can you take a copy of the bill into your local store for these cashback redemptions?
If so, can you still do this if you sign up for their deal over the internet, or on their direct line?
I'm a bit wary of taking up this offer, based on some of the feedback that they have been given here.
I suppose if I do go for it, I'll just have to pay my money and take my chance!
Any advice gratefully received and most appreciated.
Good Luck,

I have just had to chase them up for the first automatic payment (within 1 month so already nearly 2 months late as I took it out in August)
Have had no experience of sending in bills although next bill is one of the ones I will have to send. For the amount I am getting back I might send it recordedWycombe Till I Die0 -
Mine was so easy! I sent off a the bill and a letter saying i wanted my cashback. Then I got a text saying they'd received it. Less than a month later I got a cheque!Murphy's No More Pies Club #209

I had to chase them for my automatic credit and finally received it a few days ago and I have to send my 4th bill in next month.0 -
Well i had no problems whatsoever 2-3 months ago getting cashback for 2 contract phones i have with them. I received 2 cheques totalling £240 which were automatically sent out to me. I do have a cashback due shortly where i have to send the bills in though so will have to wait and see what happens with that.0
