Can someone please help a complete techno numpty whose son is driving her mad? Virgin are a complete waste of space with replacing faulty sim cards and I have a Tesco sim just waiting to go in. I've tried looking on the recommended sites but am having a hard job understanding GEN etc.

The phone is a Nokia 2600 on Virgin and the IMEI no is 357588006226438

Insert the WRONG sim card.
When it says phone restricted,
press "undo."
It will ask for a restriction code
and enter the code in to the box
on screen
input this code.

If your phone is currently on O2 the code is:
