Afternoon all,
How is everyone? how's the weight loss going? i've not lost anymore, think i'm struggling against my contraceptive, i've gone on the injection a few weeks back and i guess as the horror stories are a gain of weight, i should just be grateful i'm not putting any on?
Hopefully even if I dont lose much i will lose the inches which mean more I guess?
*sigh* wish i could trust myself to only have one biscuit....Muddling through debt but can't see any light at the end of the tunnel??!!

Hey Ladies,
Was just browsing through different diet tips on the site and came across this thread. Thought you might want to check out a website called sparkpeople ( https://www.sparkpeople.com ) which is completely free. It is an american site so some of the foods you find on there you can't get over here but it is a really good site with an excellent forum. I've used it in the past and found it a real help.
Good luck with your targets

Glad all you folks are sticking with the diet. I have been out to eat twice in the last week and with that came a couple bottles of wine.

So I have stayed the same this week - I shall have to be super duper good this week and ensure I get rid of a couple of pounds next weigh in.
Have a great weekend boys & girls.
