I have printed off a monthly pass for Weight Watchers so I am going to try there for a month and see if I can kick start this three stone ten pound weight loss...
I will also use my hypno CD when it arrives...every bit will help.

I cycled to work today (oh my word was I hot and bothered when I got there - 27 degrees today) and it took me half an hour but I must have burnt a few calories.

    Today I have eaten -

b/fast - two slices of brown toast with thin spread marg.
lunch - baked beans and grilled tomatoes on toast.
tea - baked potato, grated carrot & cheese, salad
snack - yoghurt, cherries and an apple

Day one of dieting done lol...so far so good.
How did you dieting day go ladies??

I would love you to tell us all about it Steph, I know you get some fantastic losses with Lipotrim & Cambridge diet style shake plans. In fact I had a friend who lost 5 stone in five months and looks fantastic but I know it's not the route for me as I am very sensitive to the artificial sweetners they put in the shakes and get very bad migraine.

There is a really good site that has a great lipotrim and cambridge diet forum which is great when you have questions to ask about the plan or just want to pass the time and have a natter.

Good luck, let us know how you get on. x x

Ewww little Belle, I think I might try eating less meat too - less calories and the thought of it hanging around for four days putrifying is kinda rank.

I am going to WeightWatchers this afternoon, I am hoping there scales do not weigh me in at more than 13st 10 like my home ones do. I'll be gutted as it's even MORE weight to lose.

I will let you know how I get on later.

    Have a fab day everybody. x x

P.S where has the sun gone? It's as miserable as sin here.

I won a dance mat and game last night for £8.50 on ebay so hopefully will get that soon, also my maid of honour suggested we start going 'speed swimming' in the morning before work... not sure how much speed I will have but im sure i will get quicker the more i do it?!

Oh Bam - we have cut down to red meat once a week (twice at most) we still have chicken a couple other days in the week so probably meat 3 days, fish once and vegetarian 3... thats a typical week but some weeks we dont have any red meat so it varies :)

    How is everyone else today??

How often are you getting weighed Little Belle?
    What's Sag Agloo? Sounds intriguing...

I promised myself I would only get weighed once a week on a Tuesday - but I had a peep on the scales this morning and I have lost 4 lbs since Tuesday yay! :T

    Yesterday I ate:
b/fast - two slices of toast with low fat Philidelphia and sliced cucumber
lunch - baked potato, tuna and large courgette salad
tea - small portion of sausage hot pot, mashed potato, cabbage and broccoli
    snack - black cherry yoghurt

I didn't do any exercise yesterday but I spent four hours scrubbing and cleaning the house...so surely that counts a bit.

I didn't end up going to Weightwatchers as my local one was "closed" for two weeks due to refurbishments. The next nearest one is ten miles away and falls on a day when I work...so I will continue on my own plan for a fortnight.

    How's everybody else diet going?

    Have a great day ladies

    Love Bams x
  • Well I am weighing myself once a week on my new scales normally a sat morning but sometimes out of curiosity i weigh myself in the week too, i think to see if what i ate the day before made a difference LOL

I feel slimmer today not sure why though, think its cause my size 12's are baggy, but i havent worn these trousers in such a long time i dont remember if they were a large 12 in the first place. normally im bursting out of a 12! lol

I haven't done any exercise if im honest. But I have made a vow to start swimming 3 times a week from next week and when my dance mat arrives shall do that most nights :)

I had a slither of cake yesterday because it was a golden syrup cake and i cant resist but it barely even was a mouthfull! lol, but then i had a small slice of cake today too as its a birthday here at work but i figure i am going to be ok cause i wiiiiillllll start exercising!!! i promise i promise i promise

Oh Saag Aloo is a potatoe curry - if you go over to the Money Saving Old style bit and go onto Weezl's challenge (50p a day till christmas) the first page is a recepie link page and its on there under suppers :)

Not much of an update, I have been so busy at work...haven't had time to think of dieting and weddings today BUT I have read most of "You Can Be Thin" during my breaks and it's a really good read. I just have the CD to listen to now.
It has put me off sugar and milk too...ewww it says milk has pus in it. Let me vom...:rotfl:
I am hoping to conquer my sugar addicition by following the exercises in the book - I will keep you updated on my success,

Have a nice weekend...what's left of it folks.
