8 items for 50p back @ morrisons again

I picked up 6 packs of chicken yesterday ... seems my local store doesn't mind if you have more than 2 packs. Been back today as we are off to a BBQ tomorrow so picked up 3 packs of burgers and 3 packs of sausages today ... No chicken in my local one today though had a sign on the poster saying sold out and may not get another delivery!

i have been able to get (over 2 days) 2 packs of rolls, the lettuce, 2 packs tomatoes, 1 pack potatoes, 2 packs chicken, 4 packs burgers, 4 packs sausages, 1 tub coleslaw - bargain in my opinion

had the burgers in the rolls with lettuce, coleslaw, tomato last night - very nice indeed, the rolls are not that great but good enough for 50p :j

Popped into Morrisons today and bought 2 more packs of burgers and sausages:j

Yesterday we had pasta with the chicken and made garlic bread from the left over bread rolls. The day before we had meatloaf made from 4 burgers.

Has anyone else come up with recipe variations?:rotfl:

Morrisons responded by announcing that from next week it would sell the ingredients for a substantial breakfast for just £4.

The "Price Crunch Breakfast" deal included four eggs, a white loaf of bread, four rashers of bacon, eight sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, two tins of baked beans and six breakfast muffins.

We had the burgers tonight - very filling! Got another packet and half in the freezer along with two pack of the sausages. I avoided the rolls and just went for their scottish rolls MMM. Must try the breakfast next week!

Some people were being really mean to the people serving on the tills. I had just finished my shift and picked up a few 50p things and went to the till. A man and his wife had 4 packs of chicken, the girl said you can only have 2 per person and he started going mad at her in quite a threatening way saying he'd only go round again and buy them so she might as well do a new transaction. The girl was quite intimidated so obeyed him. The rule is in place so more customers can get the bargain, and it's not very nice to be aggressive against the check out people who are only doing their job!

But if a man and his wife had 4 packs then that is fine isn't it, 2 packs each?
