Hi Mudbath - flat coke works in the ginger house! Has to be lardy coke though - not the skinny stuff. Also - ginger is very good for settling stomachs (but then I would say that!)
Hope little one feels better soon.

Hello... I'm new here but am incredibly messy so please can I join in?? I'm about to move house (and job,and country actually, relocating from Bucks to Wales) and am determined not to give the thieving, ahem, people, I rent my house from any excuse to withold my deposit. So, I've spent the evening bleaching my kitchen, including scubbing the back door and the insides of cupboard doors. I now smell delightful. Packed two boxes as well.
I'll get going with the lists once I get into my shiney new house and tidy and organised new life.

Hiya AnnieG - welcome to the madhouse where all your cleaning wishes will come true (unless you're like me and only do the lists on a monday and tuesday and then lose interest - but don't tell any of the other regulars that!!!). When are you actually moving?

DS wouldn't have flat coke....managed a bit of water. He's skin and bones so i'm really hoping he'll eat something tomorrow as he's had NOTHING today! xx

Evening everyone. A big thank you to poohbear59, mumofjusttwo, Anw's Mum, skintscotlass and g&b for all your advice on school uniform. I really appreciate it. I think I will go down to the uniform shop to get anything with the school badge on, and then have a look in M&S or Tescos for the rest of it. Like you all said it is probably cheaper to go to the high street stores and get as much as I can there. I can't believe that in 6 weeks my DD will be going to Big School!!! I am sure that the weeks will fly by now.

    This afternoon I

Put all the dry laundry away

    Finished cleaning in the kitchen

Sorted out the children's wardrobes and put anything that they have grown out of away

Made appointment at the Doctors for next week

    Cooked pasta for tea

    Emptied the dishwasher

Toottifrootte - well done today! You have got loads done!! :T :D :T

Well I am heading to bed now. Sweet dreams everyone x

Must have just missed you! I was in Blackpool for the first weekend in July :D

    Welcome AnnieG

Was it Toottifrooti that thought we were all mega organised and super domestic goddesses? Well, I had to do washing today as I ran out of clean knickers. So thats how much of a domestic goddess I am.

Right, bedtime for me now. Night night xx

I tried, but didn't manage to keep to the plan, but it's still an improvement. Thanks for the support. I really enjoy reading the posts.
