You miss the point - amazingly.

Why is this thread like a 419 scam?

Where have I said that emails promising millions are not a scam?

No, you miss the point and it's not that amazing really. You asked where had the op asked for money, as if that was proof it couldn't possibly be a scam - I compared it to the standard 419 scam emails which at the outset don't ask for money either.

The op's language and continual 'I'll show you, I have proof' etc which never seems to materialise just seems overly fishy as does leaving the issue for many many years before asking for help.

what i would like to make clear is that i don't expect to legally win Lloyd's bank as they took care to prevent me transferring the land into my name but certainly i intend to inform the public of wot and how they carried this out then it is up to them to agree or not on did they act in a ethical manor

Well the really, really simple thing to do is to make sure you don't send the OP your bank details or any money. Easy eh?

By the way, who do you think was really behind JFK's shooting?:rotfl:

Easy enough for you to say that, but there are some people on here who aren't quite that sharp.

Don't insult people personally. Not on at all.

Go check out the bank charges reclaiming board and see some of the sort of people the banks do deal with.

I do love how you try maintain the moral high ground then a few posts later try belittle me and take the mikey, you are a hypocrite of the highest order and not an overly smart one at that.

I don't think I have belittled you. You don't even try and be subtle in your rudeness.

Really shows a total lack of class. But thats just my opinion.

Oh, and very smart thanks! :rotfl:

Surely it was up to the solicitor to check that the bank would transfer title? Or following the transaction, surely he should have then explained to you that your transfer couldn't be completed and then go on to take the appropriate action

The rolling laughing icon is generally used to 'laugh' at someone or something they've said. Just because you aren't clever enough to counter my argument with reasoned discussion you have to stoop to a lower level, just like here - again can't counter so have to stoop to a personal slight saying I lack class. The only person here who is lacking in class, other than the op who has either been scammed or is trying to scam, is yourself.

If I'm not being 'subtle' to someone it could be that I don't think they're intelligent to get a subtle point so write the post at a level they may understand.
