Somehow this smells of Nigerian scam and next we're going to be told that for a small sum we can reap the rewards. The language is all wrong:

hi, my partner wanted the land to be registered in two equal parts ,our solicitor had prepared the documents but the bank would not let it happen. you will see(typical scam type language) as i enter more details on this site that with out my knowledge they appointed a so called professional agent to sell the land for £1,500 when planing permission was imminent.we proved that we were correct has it was granted(!!!!!!?!?), the value now being well over £20,000 my partners finacial problems with Lloyds would have eased and i would still have had the land. Lloyds did not give me the oportunity to discus this with them.

That and the dodgy link to a website elsewhere and a phone number....

Lloyds bank could have allowed the land to be split into two, and for me to retain the my allocated plot, although we would not had advised them to sell my partners plot because off the near planing consent, that did not happen ,they placed the land for sale in a so called professional agent who sold it for £1,500 , permission was granted each plot is worth at lease £20,000

this is no scam, you will see that i will enter more evidence concerning this matter shortly will show you how Lloyds offered me a so called good will gesture of £468.87 to pay me off when the land is worth a minimum £20,000 i no it seems unbelievable, but i challenge LLOYDS bank if theirs any thing I'm saying not true take action against me

when we purchased the land although it was requested in my partners name we had agreed of my equal share in are dealings also Lloyd's were awere. After the builder had purchased part of the land we had already decided to split the remaining land into two plots one each, it is a later date when i tried to land register my plot that i was told by the bank that they would not allow this to happen due to my partners financial problems .with out my prior knowledge Lloyds placed the land in a so called sales agent and sold it for £1,500. had they consulted me i could have told them that planning permission was near. also they could have sold just my partners plot. planing was granted and the value is minimum of £20,000 each. This would have eased my partners finances. although in law Lloyds did not have to inform me they acted in a unethical way

What obligation did Lloyds have to split the land? They are a bank not a charity, and a loan was secured against the asset. If there is a claim, its against your partner who appears to be the unethical one in all this.

I too, like Blacksheep think there is something dodgy in these posts. Comparing the language in your original post, to the language in your later posts, gives the impression that the original post was written by a different person entirely.
I apologise if I'm wrong, and you genuinely want help, but I cannot shake off my suspicions.

Lloyds may have been aware, but at the end of the day, it was your partner's responsibility to get the land transferred into both of your names, which he did not do.

Your claim is with your partner, and NOT with Lloyds!

I'm amazed they've offered you a goodwill gesture!

I would suggest you spend your time and energy pursuing your partner through the court for the money that he owes you.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

How on earth can it be a scam? Has anyone asked you to send some money in?

I never said that it was a scam. However I am confused at the very poor grammar and spelling the poster is now displaying, when the original post was so clear.

    OK Sherlock. Whats your view?

And if you are talking about grammar "I never said..." isn't great.
