Trip to glasgow went well thanks Lynne. Weighed in when I got back last night and I was 10st 13 and 3/4 lbs lol. So I am now under 11st like I wanted, I am now only over weight and not obese. Just need to keep this up and edge ever closer to healthy weight again!
Still not got moved into the new flat yet, getting very frustraited with the slowness of the whole thing tbh! I want to be moved in so I can focus on ditching weight and progressing job wise.
Come on girls we can do this!!!0 -

Hiya Luckystepho, thanks for reading and posting.
I like WW but not prepared to pay the price, so I have downloaded a app for my phone cost me 2.99 its fabulous. Thats my money saver for to day :j.
Just done an hour at the gym :j, I did think about canceling my subscription but, I work hard and don't go out and I like it. I have stopped buying clothes, that alone covers my gym subscription.
Good Luck on your challenge. We can do this.
