ive been in hiding - i have been a naughty naughty dieter and i dread standing on my scales when i get the chance tomorrow morning. I have been home for 2 weeks and munching on lots of easter eggs and cakes and bbq's etc etc all very fatty stuff! Grrrr. I can feel the bloatedness and flab increasing and yet i still munched away! Need to get back to being good now im off the holiday mode!
So I shall be back this week0 -
Emmy welcome back!!
Get back on here and we'll keep you on trackheehee
But being on holiday mode is great fun eh?! xx:heart2: Its 12 o'clock and I need your attention :heart2:Debt at Aug 2008 : Bank of Scotland CC : £1605 :mad:Overdraft : GONE!:j:staradmin Debt free aim: Sometime in 2009:staradmin0 -
Hiya Girls, I'm with you Emmylou, Ive been hiding too. My eating has been Sooooo of the rails. My free exercise plan has come through from the doctors. Its a free course of 15 weeks to get you back in the exercise mode (i have never been in to it, to get back in to it). But I must try, extra weight is playing havoc with my knees and back.
Hope all is doing better than me

Hiya Puzzled
My fitness is still going well, I've upped the stakes now to a workout every morning at 6:45am before work and then a spin class at lunch time. Every 2 weeks I see my trainer as well so thats always handy!
I've not weighed myself and I've asked Andrew not to tell me what I weigh because I know I'll be heavier than I was last time, but I've lost some wobble and shedding those ins so something is going right!
How are you? xx[/QUOT
WOW K, you becoming an exercise guru, soooooo wish i could, ive been getting a pedometer a good one that connects to my puter. I have it 1 week and 3 times hit my 10,000 once did 11,000. Killing my knees but its a viscious cirlce I have to exercise to get the weight off for it to stop hurting or at least not hurt as much.

Well how is everyone doing?
Are you all managing to keep up the exercise? I must admit now that the sun is out its much nicer walking around and i even managed to turn down a lift home last night in favour of a nice stroll home
Food has been bad over the weekend. I've got a stone to loose and have set a target of loosing 6lbs in two weeks becuase i really need to get back on it - hopefully since my house mate is doing it too it will be relatively easy. Wish me luck lol
Puzzled xx
Way to go Puzzled, you sound well motivated, will you send me some of it pleeeeeeze. WE WILL DO THIS. :A

I'm still here, I am so busy these days, I am travelling all over the place. Was in the north east again today. I am making sure that I take apples in the car to eat otherwise it would be stopping at the nearest chippy etc.
I'll try and check in more often. Speak soon. xx0 -
Way to go Lynn, eating in the car is a BIGGGGGY for me. I try not to eat at all in the car, but its not easy especially on long journeys as you are having to do. No probs just check in when you can and keep us updated.

LOL well Jo its good to know we rn't alone with our bad habits ey
Im trying to be productive this week. Im setting myself meetings with my tutor more often than the average person so I feel the pressure to get stuff done quicker! Fingers crossed it will work.
Last week I lost 2lb which was a shocker for me, this week only 1lb but im still really happy with that because i havent had the time to try very hard. Just been focused on dissertation and OH is still ill so I have been looking after DD a lot to let him rest (he normally watches her while i get uni stuff). So heres to another week where we will all try hard right?! And another lb or 2 will fall off. Im aiming for half a stone by the end of the month minimum. Putting on that sodding half stone at easter has set me back off my target, I wanted to be down to about 10st for summer grr not going to happen in a month, so will aim for 10st for my graduation mid July!0
