Way to go Puzzled, you sound well motivated, will you send me some of it pleeeeeeze. WE WILL DO THIS. :A
JO X
Ummmm confession - motvation ran away and left me in the land of more free easter eggs, a date or two with a very nice man who unfortunately feels the need to feed me every time i see him resulting in chinese food, burger bars, pubs, kispy kreams, cake shops and even buying my fav biscuits in (caramel digestives) because i went around for a cuppa.
Also the alcohol consumption has been very, very bad, have been drinking sugary coctails, sticks shots with cream etc and i even forgot to ask for diet coke, so when i went back to the vodka drank fat coke all night instead of skinny coke ........
So as a very, very naughty Puzzled i am hanging my head in shame.
Hope Kmac and Emmy are keeping up the exercise. Lynne how is the new job going? Blue - hope when my motivation ran away you got it instead
And to all the newbies - so do not follow my example, in fact if anyone has and cheats they can share - things like what to eat when driving instead of the um very yummy haribo sweets that accidently open and then eat themselves that would be ace

Hey everyone,
How are you all doing?
Ive totally fallen off the wagon and have put 5lbs on this month rather than loosing the 6lbs i aimed for!
Sooooo not good and very demotivated although i know all i need to do is control what im eating .......
Wish me luck!!0 -
Hi everyone,
Puzzled, just pick yourself up and dust yourself down, the weight will come off eventually.
I am at my heaviest ever weight and I have started cutting down again. I don't believe in diets as such, it's just sheer hard work with exercise and sensible eating that works (with a treat thrown in here and there).
I always look and see if anyone has been posting, we will all need to slink back and get our bums in gear.:p
Speak soon. xx0 -
HI Lynne,
I definately need a kick up the bum, but was really good yesterday and ate my 3 meals and that was it, its snacking that does me in.
I have also changed my shopping list for this month so that i dont buy Crisps and some of the naughty stuff that ive been eating!!!
Well done on the healthy eating!! Have you started exercising yet?
