LOL LOL funny i did think to myself today " i have 2 eggs that need used up in the next 5 days... i could make a cake" lol. You know me too well! But I have resisted thus far. Had a few of madams left over chips a baguette and lentil soup for my lunch. Had a big lay in today so err no brekki. Going to Tesco now to do the weekly shop so that will dictate my dinner... i guess it will be spinach and ricotta caneloni though yummy and less than 400 cals

For breekie had piece of bread & jam
went for 4 mile walk.:T
Had scone & coffee for lunch.........
Was straving when making dinner after working all day had half a farl of soda with butter:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
Dinner had bolied rice ,chicken & sweet chiili sauce

Just in so had a quick look at threads to see if anyone on. Quite a healthy day today, porridge for breakfast, HM soup for lucnch and turkey sandwiches for dinner.
I am knackered so going to bed now.

Hi guys, I'm sorry I haven't been on, was off sick tues and in London Wed & thurs to see Bryan Adams with my sister (sad I know but great fun!) and then in MILAN with my fella! I was blown away when we got to the airport and he said we were going there! very romantic!! I was very good as well, i didnt buy a thing!! I couldn't there are only designer shops! but it was fun looking at all the windows!
After looking at the photos I have a new commitment to losing weight, I'v booked a holiday to morrocco in Jan (for my birthday) and want to lose as much as possible before then, it's day two and not going too bad, too many haribos but most ok.
I hope you guys are all ok? It's sad that there are only a few of us left, I miss Jo and BargainFinder esp! xx0 -

best people are always born in January! I want to be 1st down for my birthday if I can and then ill be pretty much the weight I was.

Well yesterday was ok eating ways had half farl of soda toasted for breekie
lunch milkly coffee & 3 wee wafers was in coasta - my friend treated me!!I had an NSD yest:T
dinner last nite soup (2bowls) & some wheten
Then for my supper had bag of crisps & round of bread:mad: so wasnt great but it wasnt awful either o i 7 i had a mr.t value choc ice:eek: lovely......but i did walk 4 miles:T
Today
breekie .............bowl of sugar puffs
lunch................ham, cheese & sweet chili sandwich cup of tea & half a pink n white wafer
For dinner ive a big pot of stew on the stove simmering away;) yum yum
& ive walked 4 miles today 2:T :T
Im hoping for a good loss this week as been walking every day:cool:

I'm still here, have hardly had a chance to breathe today, now I'm going for a bath and back out again. I'm not too bad eating wise, but I think I've lost weight as I am so busy just now.
I won't leave, I promise. As I said before just wait until January, they will all flood back, (that's if we let them on our thread!!:p )

i just wanted to see if i could joint in too - i've been reading through the past posts and I have the same probs - overspending is obv why i'm on dfw - and unfortunately overeating :rolleyes: too - though i didn't spend my debt on food it's not quite that bad. but i really need motivation to lose weight. i'm off sick so can't afford weight watchers -and the one time i did go the ppl there only needed to lose a stone at most and were all thinner than me. is it wrong to want to not be the heaviest??
so i thought maybe a food diary would help with keeping to my food budget and my calorie budget. did have a peanut butter chunky kitkat already today :eek: but since thats behind me....
motivation is my prob in the winter - how do you guys motivate yourself? especially when i just had to cancel the gym membership and i have all day to do nothing but veg???? advice pls"I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better." Paul Theroux0 -
skint chick - u never have to spend all day veging
get out and go for a walk, borrow or buy an exercise DVD and do it every day, or if u have mtv do some aerobics for 30 mins along with it
or even just a cd or the radio!
Of course your welcomewe are a nice bunch in here. Feel free to post ur food diary here and we will kick ur bum if ur going off the rails.
Had an OKish day here. I feel dinner was a bit big. 3 slices of brown bread, veggie chicken kiev and enough chunky chips to make the 3 chip sarnies. Lunch was baguette and lentil soup, brekki was a muller rice. Snack was 3 cookies and im so tempted for another muller rice!!!! need to convince myself to just have a 40 calorie ice lolly in its place!!
Not done exercise as such in a good week or 2! Really need to get the motivation to get my DVD out as I know i will feel better for it! Walking 2 miles into the city tomorrow and perhaps home too so that shall be a good start for the day.
Tried on those size 12s i wore when i was first pregnant, last time i put them on i could almost get them up but not quite.... today i could get them up woohoo! Not that i could wear them you understand lol, they where stupidly tight and low down cause of my fat bottom!!! but they go on!!! Come on i WILL get these on by Christmas!0 -

Milan was gorgeous! I'll add some pics soon, got a bit snap happy but as usual there aren't many of me! I don't like the ones there are!

I'm afraid I suffer from lack of motivation too, if anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them, at the moment looking at the couple of pics of me from Milan looking rather round and thinking about my holiday in January is helping me stay away from the biccies, but it is sooooooo hard! I don't know how long it will last!0
