Well im "OK" this am painter is here working away:T :T hurray!!

so im tootering about -hence poping in to say "hi"- its giving a severe weather warning for here in ni of snow:snow_laug kidz will be pleased as there offf school..........

Have a meeting today with a client whos opening a big store so hopefully she'll give me even a wee order .......im not greedy ive an another order to get ready today to take to a shop about 80 miles away 2moro again :T happy days:T :T

eating wise has been alright for me the past few days but no exercise:mad: apart from running here & there if you no what i mean........miss my wee walks .........hope the weather picks up soon & io really hope ive lost this week as i was sooooooooooooo good last week:cool: & lost ZERO:mad:

Cornish........weolcome & theres no time like the present even if you lose a few lbs you'll feel better -belive me & we here are all for a few steps & we are a great support to each other!!

Hi, everyone seems very upbeat! Yay!
I'm going out on fri for some Halloween drinks and I have a fancy dress party on Sat which isn't supposed to be Halloween, just anything goes but I'm going to make a dark faerie costume and wear it to both, hopefully there won't be too many people at both!
Food isn't too bad, not too good but nevermind, getting really into my dvds, funny once I finally started it isn't such a big deal! I'm going to do it again tonight, my sister has the Rosemary Connolly dvd so maybe after christmas we can swap.

oo Kmac, I've been meaning to say that I'm visiting Edinburgh in December, just for two days after seeing my brother, any recommendations of what i should do to get the most out of my time there? I'v never been before! I'd love to go on one of your tours! xx

Lynne - give cornish a poke in the other thread to come back, got a feeling they wont be reading out messages of advice to start now and so think the 8 weeks until new yr they could do serious damage to that fat they want rid off

Kmac - today's going ok, very busy and because I am so busy i keep forgetting to do things... like i lodged cash in the bank... but forgot to put the cheque in my purse in as well!!

Weighed in today - still at 11 1/2 st but i feel pretty ok with that actually. i guess i am getting used to my long runs of maintains, but at least ive realised after 3 long stretches of maintain that i do in the end drop several lbs in one go to make up for it so fingers crossed in another week or 2 ill be closer to the 11st mini goal

Hi girls,

I've been doing a party today, it was average moneywise but every penny helps. I've kept a spending diary since Monday, I have spent 57.29, I have got some small xmas prezzies with that too but sure it is amazing how the ££££££££££'s fly out of your purse but it is difficult to get them off of your body.:p

I'm still on my eating plan, I'm getting used to it but roll on Sunday for the best meal of the week:rotfl: :rotfl: .

CC - Whats days are you in Edinburgh in Dec? PM me if you want and I can pull together a couple of ideas for you. If you want to do a Mary Kings Close tour I can get you booked on a tour. Lots of things to do in the city, but it depends what you like.

Only 2 days left in my flat so the packing is really cranking up. I've been trying to have 1 NSD per week and its working to an extent. I try to make it a wednesday or Thursday so I plan in advance and buy stuff that I'd normally buy on those days - so really just robbing peter to pay paul but hey ho

How is everyone today. Sounds like parties/business are going well which is always great. xxx

I am freeeeeeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzing today, at least it is dry. Another party tonight, I'm going to order some stuff this afternoon, I can see things picking up now, santa will be here before we know it.
